Refund & Returns Policy — Mood Ritual

At Mood Ritual, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. This policy complies with UK and EU consumer protection regulations.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, without needing to provide justification (cooling-off period).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The safety seal (if applicable) must remain intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, ingestible products (such as supplements) cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, unless faulty.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • or incorrect

contact us immediately at moodritual@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Items without original packaging

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items once opened

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
